Note that there is a 50% charge for the full amount of service(s) booked to the card on file for all no shows and any cancellations made outside the “cancellation window”

- reschedules must be made 48 prior to your appointment
- no shows will be charged 50% of service(s) booked
- appointments will be automatically cancelled after 10 minutes (late) of your appointment
